When you fill out the form, you must fill it out completely. If you do not have a transponder, place "rental" in that line. DO NOT write "on file", or anything of the such in any line. This includes the transponder info, as well as the credit card info. This is a pre-entry form, and constitutes pre-payment. If you do not fill in the form correctly, it will be rejected!
